If Your PUMPCLUB Shows Up Damaged
When It Arrives
We do a solid quality check before your undies head out, but in the rare case your PUMPCLUB shows up less than perfect, shoot us an email. We’ll replace it faster than you can say “fresh pair.”
After You’ve Worn It
Noticed a tear, hole, or something off after wearing or washing? Send us the details — we’ll investigate to see what’s up. But here’s the thing: natural fading or wear over time isn’t covered (because, well, laundry life happens).
Bottom line: if it’s our fault, we’ll fix it. Your comfort is always priority number one.
What are my PUMPCLUB undies made of?
At PUMPCLUB, we use two premium fabrics for our undies — Modal and Cotton blends.

When and how will I get my refund after cancellation?
If you cancel your order before it ships, we’ll get your refund processed the same day. Your bank may take a few days (usually 5–7) to show it in your account.
If the delivery is rejected, we wait for the items to return to us and then refund you right away. Again, your bank might take a few days to complete the transaction.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We usually process orders within 48 working hours before they’re shipped. Once on their way, most orders reach you within 4–7 business days, no matter where you are.
If our main delivery partner can’t reach your pin code, we’ll find another way to get your PUPCLUB undies to you. Just hang tight while your comfiest undies make their way to your doorstep.
